Ich stelle die Information hier mal kurz ein, da es imho alle Admins von Windows Server 2016 Instanzen treffen dürfte. Das Update KB4577015 vom 8. September 2020 brickt den Gruppenrichtlinieneditor (gpedit.msc). Der Gruppenrichtlinieneditor (gpedit.msc) wirft bei Änderungen der Sicherheitsoptionen einen wsecedit.dll-Fehler beim Laden eines MMC-Snap-Ins.

Entweder, man nutzt den GPeditor über RSAT von Win10 aus, oder man löscht auf allen DCs einen registrywert temporär (vorher exportieren!):
