BCM 210 Offlinedatenbank kann nicht gesynct werden - Sync bricht mit Fehlermeldung ab.
Hallo an Alle. 
Folgendes Problem:
ich habe zwei komplett neue Systeme. Einen Server mit Windows Server 2008 R2 und einen Clienten mit Win 7.
Auf dem Clienten läuft Outlook 2010 BCM. Der BCM hat Zugriff auf die auf dem Server liegende BCM Datenbank (dort läuft das Datenbanktool). Es wurde weiterhin auf dem Clienten eine Offlinedatenbank erstellt.
Ich kann Firmen und Geschäftskontakte erstellen... alles ok.
Soweit - so gut..
Stelle ich den Clienten nun aber auf Offline (über Datei, BCM, Offline) und ändere dann irgendwas - z.B. erstelle ich eine neue Firma, dann kann die Offline Datenbank nicht mehr mit der Datenbank Syncronisiert werden. Im Beispiel der neuen Firma erhalte ich folgende Meldungen:
- Änderung 1 von 1wird analysiert
- Freigegebene Datenbank wird überprüft
dann Fehler: "Der Wechsel in den Onlinemodus wurde abgebrochen. Sie können Ihre Arbeit in der Offlinedatenbank jedoch fortsetzen"

Noch schlimmer wird es, wenn ich Änderungen in einer Firma vornehme. So erstellte ich offline unter Historie im Notizfeld einen Timestamp und dahinter blah blah.
Folgende Syncmeldungen habe ich erhalten:

An beiden Rechnern sind die Firewalls komplett down um dies als Fehlerquelle ausschließen zu können.
Wenn die Rechner "verbunden" bleiben, kann ich im BCM alles machen was es hergibt... nur möchte ich damit auch mal offline arbeiten können. Weiterhin ist mir aufgefallen, dass z.B. in einer Firma gesetzte Nachverfolgungen im Offlinemodus einfach weg sind. Es gibt dann für diese Firma in dem Moment keine Nachverfolgung. Erst wenn man wieder verbunden ist, kommen die Nachverfolgungen wieder... Das ist doch auch nicht normal oder?

Folgendes Problem:
ich habe zwei komplett neue Systeme. Einen Server mit Windows Server 2008 R2 und einen Clienten mit Win 7.
Auf dem Clienten läuft Outlook 2010 BCM. Der BCM hat Zugriff auf die auf dem Server liegende BCM Datenbank (dort läuft das Datenbanktool). Es wurde weiterhin auf dem Clienten eine Offlinedatenbank erstellt.
Ich kann Firmen und Geschäftskontakte erstellen... alles ok.
Soweit - so gut..
Stelle ich den Clienten nun aber auf Offline (über Datei, BCM, Offline) und ändere dann irgendwas - z.B. erstelle ich eine neue Firma, dann kann die Offline Datenbank nicht mehr mit der Datenbank Syncronisiert werden. Im Beispiel der neuen Firma erhalte ich folgende Meldungen:
- Änderung 1 von 1wird analysiert
- Freigegebene Datenbank wird überprüft
dann Fehler: "Der Wechsel in den Onlinemodus wurde abgebrochen. Sie können Ihre Arbeit in der Offlinedatenbank jedoch fortsetzen"

An beiden Rechnern sind die Firewalls komplett down um dies als Fehlerquelle ausschließen zu können.
Wenn die Rechner "verbunden" bleiben, kann ich im BCM alles machen was es hergibt... nur möchte ich damit auch mal offline arbeiten können. Weiterhin ist mir aufgefallen, dass z.B. in einer Firma gesetzte Nachverfolgungen im Offlinemodus einfach weg sind. Es gibt dann für diese Firma in dem Moment keine Nachverfolgung. Erst wenn man wieder verbunden ist, kommen die Nachverfolgungen wieder... Das ist doch auch nicht normal oder?

Hallo Netwolf.
Die Client Rechner sind unterschiedlich. Ich greife vom Laptop (32bit) und vom Desktop PC (64bit) drauf zu. Auf den jeweiligen Clienten ist jeweils die aktuellste Version installiert.
Es ist jeweils Office 2010 installiert.

Der Fehler hresult=0xffffffff8004010f tritt häufig auf, wenn die DB von Office 2007 in Office 2010 weiter verwendet wird.
Wenn ich dich richtig verstanden habe:
- in der Firma steht ein Server mit dem du dich verbindest
- du verbindest dich wahlweise mit einem privaten Notebook und/oder Desktop-PC

Richtig.. Die Datenbank ist leer. Ich habe nur ein Test-Datensatz (Firma) angelegt um das Handling zu testen. Mittlerweile habe ich aber festgestellt, dass jeweils eine Syncronisation unter meinen Rechnern auch nicht möglich ist. Keine versuchte Konstellation funktionierte:
Server (S) - Laptop (C)
Laptop (S) - PC (C)
PC (S) - Laptop (C)
Server (S) - PC (C)
Kann es sein, dass der Fehler vielleicht in meinem Router (FritzBox) oder in meiner Outlook Version steckt?
Um noch auf Deine Fragen zu antworten: Der Server ist ein Virtual Server von Host Europe. Auf allen Rechnern läuft Office als 32 Bit.

nein ich denke nicht, dass es etwas mit der Fritzbox zu tun hat.
Vermutlich ist nur die Datenbank zerschossen. Ich würde an deiner Stelle einfach mal eine neue DB anlegen.
Schreib- und Lese- Rechte auf die Verzeichnisse der DBs sind richtig eingestellt?
Der Pfad der DBs ist als vertrauenswürdig eingestuft?

Ich habe schon gefühlte 100 neue Datenbanke gemacht, die alle nicht funktionierten. Dem Netzwerkdienst habe ich Vollzugriff gegeben. Ob der Pfad vertrauenswürdig ist weiß ich nicht. Wie check ich das?

hast du auf den PCs das SP1 für Office 2010 und auch BCM2010 eingespielt?
Ich hatte auch Probleme mit der Verbindung über VPN (wiederkehrende Abstürze beim Outlook-Start und Sync-Fehler), die nach Einspielen von SP1 von jetzt auf gleich behoben waren.
PS: Meine Datenbank kommt auch vom BCM2007, allerdings ist der Server ein deutscher 2003er Standard mit SQL-Server 2005.

Auf dem PC sind die SP alle eingespielt.. Beim Laptop evtl. auch. Da aber der Fehler auch vom Desktop PC auftritt, kann es daran nicht liegen.. Ich werde mir den BCM mal bei MS neu laden und neu installieren. Ich poste dann mal das Ergebnis, was anderes kann ich mir eigentlich dann auch nicht mehr erklären.

Na super... Es lag an Outlook oder am BCM selbst... Ich habe beides neu installiert und schupps gings mit dem Sync.... Trotzdem Danke für all die tollen Infos.
Jetzt hab ich nur noch ein Problem mit den Nachverfolgungen, die sind nämlich weg wenn ich offline gehe, es sei denn, sie wurden während des Offline-Betriebs gesetzt... Ist das bei Euch auch so?
