Guten Tag,
ich versuche vergeblich seit ein paar Stunden das Betriebssystem eines Kunde auf andere Sprache umzustellen und jedes mal steht die Infomeldung, dass PC keine Internetverbindung hat. Woran liegt es?

Someone has blocked the NLA file ncsi.txt from beeing downloaded or the DNS resolution of www.mcsftncsi.com, so windows cannot detect if it has internet connection or not.
