GPO Windows Anmeldung dauert sehr Lange

Hallo zusammen,

ich komme mit der Geschichte nicht weiter.

Bei uns in der Firm dauert die Windows anmedlung ewig so immer ein paar minuten der schnitt ist so bei 3-4 minuten bis man überhaut auf dem Desktop ist.

Ich habe da auch die lücken gefunden kann aber wenig damit anfagen! face-sad habt ihr eine Idee woran das liegen könnte?

Zum Netzwerk
ich hänge mit Gigabit am gleichen Switch wie der Server

Zum Server
Roaming Profile, mein ist ca 300mb groß
der server hat nix zutun (2008R2 12Gb Ram Raid 10 16 core 2,4Ghz Xeon)
Auslastung 10%ca CPU und 5% LAN

Clientversionen
Ist Windows 7 x64 +alle updates bis heute

10% wenn er nichts zu tun hat? Wo ist dein DNS? DNS läuft korrekt und ist auch korrekt eingerichtet (Client sowie Server)?

hallo. wie kann ich denn eine solche abfrage machen? ich hätte auch gern nach zeit sortiert welche gpo grade in dem moment läuft und wann evtl eine pause ist.
kann ich den log über die eingabeaufforderung abfragen?
