Hilfe bei Sound einer VM auf Windows Server 2008R2
Erstmal Hallo,
ich weiß das hier sicher Leute sind, die sich sicherlich die selbe Frage stellen oder gestallt haben. Ich habe einen vSphere Client noch auf der Version 4.0 (bin noch nicht zum Updaten gekommen.) und ich möchte gerne meinen virtuellen Maschinen Sound geben.
Meine Frage nun, gibt es einen Weg, der virtuellen Maschine eine "virtuelle" Soundkarte zu geben ?
Wenn ja ? Wie muss ich da vorgehen und in welchen Ordnern muss ich welche Dateien verändern ?

In einem Forumsbeitrag habe ich folgende Antwort zu deinem Problem gefunden [hat mich auch interessiert]:
//There is no sound card option in vSphere so that is a problem. If you were running VMView, then those View enabled desktops would have the "VMWAre Virtual Audio" Sound Card driver which allows for MMR (Multimedia redirection).
If you run Fusion or VMWare Workstation, then you have the possibilty to do add soundcards to your VMs too.
I haven't tried this, but if you have time, you could modify the vmx file for one dummy VM on vSphere to see if it works. You never know.
