IOS 9: E-Mail Anhänge nur im Papierkorb öffnen?

Hallo Community,

wir haben folgendes Problem:

Ich bekomme von Kunden o.a. auf mein iPhone 6S (neustes iOS-System 9.x.x)
Mail's mit PDF Dateien oder Bildern. Diese kann ich in den meisten Fällen nicht öffnen.

Ich habe raus gefunden dass wenn ich diese betroffenen Mails in den Papierkorb verschiebe,
sie plötzlich ohne Probleme öffnen kann..

Weiß jemand was das sein könnte?

Hi.
Which mailbox is in use, IMAP / POP / Exchange?
Seams the mails are not fully downloaded. If you move mails to the trash, it's moved to a local folder on the phone and that could be the reason why it works only in this folder.

If it's an Exchange mailbox, remove the mobile device account from the Exchange-System and reconnect the mailbox on the phone.

Hi,

it is a Exchange Server. The Smartphone (Android and iOS Devices) are connected to this server.
I'll be reconnect the Accounts and hope it works.. Thank you for your fast answer!
