Upgrade error W11

Good morning,

First of all congratulations for the forum to all the staff.
I am writing to you about a problem regarding an upgrade from Windows 11 21H2 to 23H2 which always fails. I would like to point out that the upgrade is permitted by the Skip_TPM_Check_on_Dynamic_Update script which however has always worked.

How are you trying to upgrade?
Via Windows Update or an inplace Update (downloaded .iso)? If the first, try the last one.
