Schreiben einer IT Asset Management Procedure
Hallo liebe ADMINISTRATOR Gemeinde,

Hallo,
ich würde das nach ITIL planen:
Grob gesagt siehe hier:
5 Asset Management Process
The best method for managing assets depends on business needs and how your business is organized. The steps below are one possible process for getting started with asset management.
If you used asset management, warehouses, inventory, or transfer orders in a pre-Berlin release and are now about to upgrade to the Berlin release, read the steps in the Migration section. In particular, Step 2 in the Migration section is very important if you have existing configuration items that you now want to manage as assets in the Berlin release.
5.1 Step 1: Identify Assets Owned
5.2 Step 2: Make the CMDB Accurate
5.3 Step 3: Create Asset Model Categories
Create categories of asset models. For example, computers, servers, printers, and software. If you are upgrading from a pre-Berlin release, use this step to migrate assets by setting an asset class.
5.4 Step 4: Create Asset Models
Create asset models. Models are specific versions or various configurations of an asset, for example, a MacBook Pro 17".
See Creating New Models for details.
5.5 Step 5: Create Assets
Create individual assets, such as hardware, consumables, and software licenses. If you used a discovery tool in Step 1, you may already have many assets identified accurately.
See Creating Assets for details.
5.6 Step 6: Manage Assets
Manage assets by counting software licenses, viewing assets that are in stock, setting asset states and substates, and analyzing unallocated software.
Gruss
