Windows 2000 Domäne - WindowsUpdates - fehlgeschlagen
Hallo,
ich habe eine Windows 2000 Domäne (ADS) am laufen.
Die Server sind alle mit Windows 2000 Server Terminalserver ausgestattet.
Bisher hatte ich nur Thin-Clients am Netz.
Doch nun habe ich einige "Vollwertige" Clients an die Domäne angeschlossen.
Bei diesen ist mir nun aufgefallen, dass fast alle Windows-Updates fehlschlagen.
Sowohl beim lokalen Administrator als auch beim Domänen-Admin geht die installation schief.
Dabei ist mir aufgefallen:
Nehmen ich die Clients wieder aus der Domäne funktioniert das Update.
Daher habe ich die Gruppenrichtlinie im Verdacht.
Bisher gilt nur die Default Group Policies.
Dabei habe ich sowohl beim Windows-Update als auch beim Windows-Installer alle Einstellungen in der Richtlinie durch.
Auch den Ordner %windir%/SoftwareDistribution habe ich bereits gelöscht und er hat sich diesen neu angelegt.
Wo kann das Problem noch stecken?

Hallo,
leider hilft mir das nicht weiter.
Es scheint ja auch an keinem Dienst oder fehlenden Dateien zu liegen.
Es muss irgendwas an den Rechten sein.
Hier mal ein Auszug aus der WindowsUpdate.log bei der IE7 installation auf einem XP-Client:
Kann man darin was verdächtiges entdecken?
