Windows7,Programme starten nicht mehr

Es oeffnet sich nur noch Windows Media Center selbstaendig

nach Deinstalation von Nero,das nicht funktionierte lassen sich keine Programme mehr starten. Der Laptop faehrt hoch,zeigt auf dem Desktop die Verknuepfungen als Windows Dateien an. Es laesst sich kein Programm vom Desktop und auch nicht aus dem Startmenue starten. danke im Voraus
