Aspnet-wp.exe (PID 3040) stopped unexpectedly

Hi@all:

ich habe folgendes Problem:

Ich entwickle grade an einer Webapplikation (VS2008, C#,ASP.NET) und erhalte beim debuggen und auch wenn ich die Applikation via "localhost/MyWebApp" ausführe folgende Meldung im Browser:

"Server Application Unavailable
The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is currently unavailable. Please hit the "Refresh" button in your web browser to retry your request.

Administrator Note: An error message detailing the cause of this specific request failure can be found in the application event log of the web server. Please review this log entry to discover what caused this error to occur."

Im Applog schreibt er mir:

Mit aspnet_regiis habe ich es bereits mehrmals versucht, jedoch hat das nicht geklappt (zwei gifs bzw. css-files kontnen nicht kopiert werden - Access Denied) .
Auch ein löschen und neu anlegen des Virtual Directorys hat nichts geholfen....

Das ganze wird auf einem WinXP Pro SP2 mit ISS 5.1 entwickelt...

Hoffe ihr könnt mir weiterhelfen.
