/dev/sdb1 kann nicht gemountet werden

CentOS 4.2:
Ich habe eine SATA Platte mit ext3 formatiert. Diese möchte ich nun unter /mnt/hdd1 einhängen. Bei diesem Vorgang erhalte ich

  1. mount /dev/sdb1 /mnt/hdd1
/dev/sdb1 ist bereits eingehängt oder /mnt/hdd1/ wird gerade benutzt

mit
  1. mount -t ext3 /dev/sdb1 /mnt/hdd1
geschieht dasselbe.
