IMAP Filter nach PST Import
Hallo,
mir ist aufgefallen, dass wenn ich ein PST Export eines IMAP Kontos mache und die PST Datei in ein Exchange Postfach importiere, ein automatischer Filter angelegt wird.
Dadurch werden erstmal keine E-Mails in den verschieden Unterordnern angezeigt.
Unter: Ansicht -> Ansichtseinstellungen -> Filtern -> Erweitert
Den Filter: "IMAP-Status entspricht Unmarkiert" muss ich bei jedem einzelnen Ordner entfernen damit ich die importierten E-Mails sehe.
Weiß jemand, ob es eine Möglichkeit gibt, den Filter Global für alle Postfächer und Ordner zu einfernen?

Da kannst du schnell über die Ansichten auf alle Ordner anwenden
- Click on the inbox at the top of the mailbox.
- Then down below in the lower left corner of Outlook, click “Filter applied"
- A box will pop up and click on the bottom right area, “Clear all”
- Now that inbox filter will be cleared, you should now see all the email and the total of number of emails instead of “Filter Applied” in that one folder.
- Next go to the top of Outlook and click on “View”
- Now scroll over to “Change view” and at the bottom you will see “Apply current view to other mail folders”
- Now an “Apply View” box will pop up, keep the mailbox checked and at the bottom click “Apply view to sub-folders”
- You might need to check the box for “Inbox” first, depends…
- Now you should see every folder lifted of the danged “Filter Applied” issue

Für so gut wie alle. Zumindest auf halbwegs aktuellen Clients >=2010. Das Englische könnt ihr ja hoffentlich Ins deutsche interpretieren
