Microsoft Outlook mit IMAP ohne lokale Kopie
Hallo,
ich würde gerne mit MS Outlook von einem IMAP-Server die Header abholen lassen und mir die Mails bei Bedarf anzeigen lassen. Jedoch möchte ich keine lokale Kopie längerfristig erstellen (keine Mails in die PST-File). Irgendwie finde ich keine Lösung dazu.
Ich hoffe ihr versteht was ich meine.

das kannst du Outlook leider nicht ganz abgewöhnen denn eine einmal abgerufene/gelesene Mail wandert als Cache in eine OST des Accounts.
Was du höchstens machen kannst ist z.B. per Skript den Cache (die von Outlook für den Account erstellte OST) nach jedem Schließen von Outlook oder regelmäßig per Taskplaner löschen zu lassen (dann aber bitte "sicher" löschen inkl. Überschreiben mit Nullen):

Alternativ, nutze direkt den Webmailer des IMAP-Kontos im Inkognito-Mode des Browsers, oder gleich einen rudimentären Commandline IMAP Client.

Open the Account Settings dialog;
Outlook 2007
Tools-> Account Settings…
Outlook 2010, Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2016
File-> Account Settings-> Account Settings…
Select the Data Files tab.
Select the mailbox for which you want to reset the cache.
This will most likely refer to an ost-file, but for IMAP accounts in Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010, this will be a pst-file.
Click the “Open File Location…” button.
If your ost-file is located in the default location, then this will open the following location in File Explorer;
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
Close Outlook and wait for it to be fully closed (just wait 2-3 minutes to be sure).
Return to File Explorer and rename the ost-file of your account to .old so it will now be called like; <filename>.ost.old
Start Outlook again and it will automatically rebuild the ost-file.
