In ASP.NET 2 Fehler in w3wp.exe bei landen von ASPX Web Seite

Ich habe einen Windows Server 2003 Ent. mit SP2 aufgesetzt...

Auf dem Server wird Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Zertifizierungsstelle, IIS 6.0, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Ste. und Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Ste. SP2 ausgeführt.....

Nachdem ich das SP2 für Exchange Server installiert habe hatte ich hinterher das Problem, dass wen ich eine ASPX Seite laden will (aber auch nur Seiten, auf denen sich ein Wizard ist)
ein Fehler auftritt.
