Sysprep Win10Ent v1909 nicht möglich

Hallo ich wollte meinen PC mit sysprep für das klonen vorbereiten, bekomme aber eine Fehlermeldung.
In der setupact.log steht folgendes.

Was kann ich tun, das ich "sysprepen" kann?
Es wurde u.a. diverse Software (Mircrosoft, aber auch Dritt-Anbieter) installiert und geupdatet.
Updates sind keine mehr "pending" o.ä.

Ein bisschen wenig Informationen zum Quell-Rechner

Aus früheren Versuchen mit Sysprep kann ich Folgendes sagen:
- Virenscanner muss deinstalliert sein
- Rechner darf nicht Mitglied einer Domäne sein
- Sysprep funktioniert maximal 4x von derselben Quelle

Laut deinem Lg könnte die App Microsoft.LanguageExperiencePackde-DE_18362.21.71.0_neutral__8wekyb3d8bbwe Auslöser des Problems sein. Suche mal nach dieser App, und deinstalliere sie

Ein bisschen wenig Informationen zum Quell-Rechner
der Quell-Rechner ist eine VirtualBox v.6.1 face-wink 2 CPUs, 8GB RAM, sonst Standardeinstellungen, gleiches schon mit Win7 gemacht, da geht sysprep

Aus früheren Versuchen mit Sysprep kann ich Folgendes sagen:
- Virenscanner muss deinstalliert sein
Es wurde keine AV-Lösung installiert (wenn ist nur der Windows Defender aktiv!)
- Rechner darf nicht Mitglied einer Domäne sein
ist er nicht und war er auch nicht, war eine "clean install"
- Sysprep funktioniert maximal 4x von derselben Quelle
erstmalig probiert, vorher noch kein sysprep auf der Maschine ausgeführt

Laut deinem Lg könnte die App Microsoft.LanguageExperiencePackde-DE_18362.21.71.0_neutral__8wekyb3d8bbwe Auslöser des Problems sein. Suche mal nach dieser App, und deinstalliere sie
muss ich suchen, habe ich über PS probiert, leider kommt da eine Fehlermeldung, das dass Paket nicht gefunden werden kann

dieser Fehler tritt oft auf. Meist sind benutzerbezogene Apps der Grund. Wird auch im Log angezeigt.
SYSPRP Failed to remove apps for the current user: 0x80073cf2.

Ich verfahre meist so:
Apps suchen: Get-AppxPackage "Microsoft.LanguageExperience*"  
Apps deistallieren: Remove-AppxPackage Microsoft.LanguageExperiencePackde-DE_18362.21.71.0_neutral__8wekyb3d8bbwe

Weitere Apps die Sysprep verhindern können:
Get-AppxPackage "Microsoft.LanguageExperience*"  
Get-AppxPackage "Microsoft.SendtoOneNote*"  
Get-AppxPackage "RealtekSemiconductorCorp.RealtekAudioControl*"
