Exchange Abbruch der Verbindung bei Mailabholung von 1und1
Hallo,
nachdem wir einige Tage eigenständig versucht haben, das Problem zu lösen, brauchen wir Eure Hilfe:
wir haben auf einer virtuellen Maschine SBS2008 X64 Exchange laufen, (Pop3).
Seit dem Wochenende (Zeitumstellung = Zusammenhang?) ein massives Problem mit Exchange. Der Versand funktioniert einwandfrei, bei der Abholung kommt es zum Timeout. Siehe angehängtes Log.
Bereits früher gab es gelegentlich mit einzelnen Accounts mal Probleme, dass keine Mails geholt wurden. Damals ließ sich jedoch jeweils im Webmailer direkt immer ein oder mehere "Bad Mails" selektieren, die die Abholung blockiert haben. Dies ist diesmal nicht das Problem.
Erstaunlicherweise haben wir zusätzliches folgendes Phänomen: Leeren wir durch Verschieben alle Poisteingänge im Webmailer, kommt keine Fehlermeldung. Senden aus dem Webmailer eine Mail nach extern und antworten darauf, wird die Antwort problemlos geholt. Schreiben wir von der gleichen Adresse eine Mail direkt, bleibt diese wieder hängen. Auch eine einzelne GMX mail im Webmailer geht durch. wir stehen vor einem Rätsel. Googlen hat uns bis jetztnicht weitergeholfen.
Ausschalten von Firewall, Virenschutz ohne Änderung. 1&1 kennt das Problem nicht.
Jemand eine Idee?

nachdem wir einige Tage eigenständig versucht haben, das Problem zu lösen, brauchen wir Eure Hilfe:
wir haben auf einer virtuellen Maschine SBS2008 X64 Exchange laufen, (Pop3).
Seit dem Wochenende (Zeitumstellung = Zusammenhang?) ein massives Problem mit Exchange. Der Versand funktioniert einwandfrei, bei der Abholung kommt es zum Timeout. Siehe angehängtes Log.
Bereits früher gab es gelegentlich mit einzelnen Accounts mal Probleme, dass keine Mails geholt wurden. Damals ließ sich jedoch jeweils im Webmailer direkt immer ein oder mehere "Bad Mails" selektieren, die die Abholung blockiert haben. Dies ist diesmal nicht das Problem.
Erstaunlicherweise haben wir zusätzliches folgendes Phänomen: Leeren wir durch Verschieben alle Poisteingänge im Webmailer, kommt keine Fehlermeldung. Senden aus dem Webmailer eine Mail nach extern und antworten darauf, wird die Antwort problemlos geholt. Schreiben wir von der gleichen Adresse eine Mail direkt, bleibt diese wieder hängen. Auch eine einzelne GMX mail im Webmailer geht durch. wir stehen vor einem Rätsel. Googlen hat uns bis jetztnicht weitergeholfen.
Ausschalten von Firewall, Virenschutz ohne Änderung. 1&1 kennt das Problem nicht.

Hallo,
ich würde mal versuchen den Fehler einzugrenzen auf eine der Komponenten Applikation, Netzwerk oder Server einzugrenzen: Einfach mal mit telnet testen (http://www.msxfaq.de/internet/pop3telnet.htm) ). Wenn das funktioniert liegt es wohl an deinem POP3-Connector. Wenn es nicht geht liegt es an Server (1&1) oder Netzwerk. Um letzteres auszuschließen mal von einem Client "wo ganz anders" testen (also z.B. bei dir daheim, nicht von einem andern Client im gleichen Netzwerk).
Dann weißt du schonmal, in welcher Richtung du weitersuchen musst.
Nachtrag: okay, du hast ja auch gleich mehrere Fehler. Ist dir das bewußt?

ich würde mal versuchen den Fehler einzugrenzen auf eine der Komponenten Applikation, Netzwerk oder Server einzugrenzen: Einfach mal mit telnet testen (http://www.msxfaq.de/internet/pop3telnet.htm) ). Wenn das funktioniert liegt es wohl an deinem POP3-Connector. Wenn es nicht geht liegt es an Server (1&1) oder Netzwerk. Um letzteres auszuschließen mal von einem Client "wo ganz anders" testen (also z.B. bei dir daheim, nicht von einem andern Client im gleichen Netzwerk).
Dann weißt du schonmal, in welcher Richtung du weitersuchen musst.
Nachtrag: okay, du hast ja auch gleich mehrere Fehler. Ist dir das bewußt?
Einmal bei der Abholung von 1&1:

Hallo Filipp, danke erst einmal für deine Mühe. Den User 9 kannst du getrost vergessen. ;) wir hatten zwischendurch einen Teil der betroffenen Accounts im Pop3 gelöscht und bei einem beim wieder anlegen einen Schreibfehler fabriziert. Vermutlich war das User 9.
Das mit dem external Client macht mir dagegen Sorgen. Die IP verweist auf einen Standort in Bulgarien!! dort gibt es sicher keinen Client, der zu dem Netzwerk gehört.

Und noch etwas, ich denke immer noch,dass esmit der Zeitumstellung zusammenhängen muss. Nicht nur, weil der Fehler erst seit dem Wochenende auftritt, sondern auch, weill immer von einem timeout die Rede ist. Wenn ich nach der Fehlermeldung suche, ist immer von Phänomenen die Rede, bei denen die Abholung einer sehr großen Mail zu lange dauert.Hier aber bricht die Abholung innerlab von wenigen Sekunden ab. Da es ein echtes Zeitproblem also kaum sein kann, fürchte ich, dass mit irgendeiner "falschen" Zeit abgeglichen wird. Nur wo? Im ganzen (?) System ist die Sommerzeit manuell eingestellt. alle Server, virtuell wie physisch zeigen die richtige Zeit. (die automatische Umstellung hat nicht funktioniert, obwohl sie eingestellt war)

Hast du den von mir vorgeschlagenen Test mit Telnet ausprobiert?

time out steht da nicht, stimmt. Das war eine Interpretation von mir, weil ich bei der Suche nach dem Fehlercode hr=800ccc0f immer von Abbruch wegen Zeitüberschreitung bei großen Mails die Rede war.
Ich hab das Problem weiter eingrenzen können:
Telnet läuft einwandfrei.
Als erstes habe ich alle accounts im Pop3 Connector gelöscht und einen testaccount von unserer stratodomain eingetragen und mit einem User verbunden. Das klappte einwandfrei. Allerdings hatte die Mail keinen Anhang.
dann von Gmx an den Strato-Testaccount eine Mail mit kleinem Anhang geschickt:
3in in Paint erstellte JPEG mit ganzen 16 KB: und auch da kommt der Fehler.
will ich von 1und1 eine kleine Mail, ohne Anzeige eines Anhanges abholen: Fehler
Weiterleitung an Strato und Abholung von dort: Fehler - aber in Strato Ausweisung einer kleinen Grafik in der Mailsignatur als Anhang
Also diese Mail innerhalb von Strato auf den gleichen Testaccount weitergeleitet und dabei die Grafik gelöscht: Abholung geht.
Okay, also liegt es an den Anhängen - dachte ich.

Das ganze läuft auf einem recht komplexen Netzsystem. Und parallel gibt es Probleme mit dem Zeitgeber, vielleicht hat es damit zu tun? Der Domaincontroller sowie zwei Datenserver laufen virtuell auf einem hvcore2, der ebenfalls physische Backup srv soll die die Zeit vom Zeitserver holen, wobei angeblich keine Zeiten zum Verteilen zur Verfügung stehen. (?) alle getesteten Zeitserver sind jedoch online und verfügbar.
Auf allenServer ist die richtige Zeitzone eingestellt, ebenfalls die automatische Umstellung auf Sommerzeit, dennoch geht die interne Uhr immer wieder zwei (!) Stunden nach, auch wenn man sie auf allen Servern korrigiert. Woher kommt die falsche Zeit?
