Nero 7 Problem - Abreuch beim Brennen
OS: Windows XP SP2
Hallo Zusammen,
ich hab ein Problem mit Nero 7 beim Brennen von Video-DVDs.
Nero bricht beim Brennen einfach mit der fehlermeldung ab, dass das brennen nicht erfolgrich war.
Hat einer von euch ne idee, an was das liegen kann?=

der entscheidende Teil des Logs dürfte wohl:
sein. Was für Rohlinge verwendest Du denn und hast Du schon mal andere Hersteller/Typen
ausprobiert?
Du könntest auch mal nach einem Firmware Update für den Brenner schauen.
Eventuell, wenn Du die Möglichkeit hast, würde ich auch mal eine ältere Nero 6.6.x Version
ausprobieren.

Du könntest auch mal nach einem Firmware Update für den Brenner schauen.
Eventuell, wenn Du die Möglichkeit hast, würde ich auch mal eine ältere Nero 6.6.x Version
ausprobieren.

danke für deine Antwort.
Ich verwende die DVD-Roling von Aldi. Diese verwende ich schon seit ich den Brenner hab. Das hat bis jetzt auch immer einwandfrei funktioniert.
Ich muss mal schaun, ob ich noch eine Nero 6.6.x Version hab. Allerdings hat auch schon einige zeit mit Nero 7 funktioniert.
Worin besteht das Problem?

danke für deine Antwort.
Ich verwende die DVD-Roling von Aldi. Diese verwende ich schon seit ich den Brenner hab. Das hat bis jetzt auch immer einwandfrei funktioniert.
Ich muss mal schaun, ob ich noch eine Nero 6.6.x Version hab. Allerdings hat auch schon einige zeit mit Nero 7 funktioniert.
Worin besteht das Problem?

also eine Neuinstallation des Rechners ist nicht unbeidngt notwendig, ausser Du hast noch anderweitige Probleme.
Die Aldi DVD Rohlinge sind mit Sicherheit nicht immer vom gleichen Hersteller und es könnte
inzwischen sein, dass die aktuellen Rohlinge von Deinem Brenner nicht mehr korrekt
erkannt werden. Da würde ein Firmware Update des Brenners helfen.
Such mal auf http://de.lge.com/products/mobile/mobil/sidemenu.do?action=list&lis ...
nach "4160", da solltest Du die letzte Firmware Version A306 für Dein Gerät finden,
falls diese nicht bereits installiert ist.

Hallo cykes,
ich hab jetzt versucht das Firmwareupdate zu machen. Allerdings geht es mit dem Update von LG nicht das du mir vorgeschlagen hast. Die Update-Software erkennt einfach das DVD-ROM laufwerk nicht.
Hier mal die genauen Daten des DVD-Brenners, die auf dem Gerät stehen.
Hast du noch eine Idee, was man da machen kann?

ich finde bei LG auch nur die Firmware für den GSA-4160, Du hast den GWA-4160,
welches ein OEM Modell zu sein scheint. Hast Du den Brenner mit einem Komplettsystem
gekauft? Dann solltest Du mal beim Hersteller des Komplettsystems schauen.

[EDIT] Soweit ich das herausfinden konnte, wird dieser Brenner u.a. in Fujitsu-Siemens Systemen
verbaut und ist eine abgespeckte Version (ohne Schreibfunktion für DVD-RAM) des GSA-4160B.
Support in diesem Fall nur über Fujitsu-Siemens, die aber offensichtlich keine Firmware Updates
zur Verfügung stellen.

In der beschreibung für das Firmware-Update steht, das der Brenner am sekundären IDE Port aallein als Master angeschlossen sein muss. Allerdings hat mein rechner keinen Sekundären IDE Port sondern nur den Primaren, da die Festplatte über SATA angeschlossen ist.
Muss ich jetzt für das Firmwareupdate den Brenner in einen anderen Rechner mit Sekundären IDE Port einbauen?

Wichtige Hinweise:
Sie führen das Update auf Ihr eigenes Risiko durch. Das Update ist für Softwareversionen ab A303 und niedriger.
Läuft der Brenner reibungslos, ist eigentlich kein Update nötig.
Das Laufwerk muss beim Update am sekundären IDE Port allein als Master angeschlossen sein.mfg

nein, es sollte nur alleine am IDE Port als Master hängen, die sind halt von einer "alten"
Konfiguration ausgegangen.
Solange der Brenner beim Update in der Liste erkannt wird, sollte das problemlos durchlaufen.
