Window Server 2008 R2 startet nicht nach Update

Hallo,

habe vor kurzem Updates auf einem Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard von meinem Kunden installiert. Der Server bootet seitdem nur noch bis zu einem schwarzen Fenster und ich kann nur noch den Mauszeiger bewegen. Hab schon versucht das Windows Backup einzuspielen, ändert leider nichts. Neuaufsetzen will ich auch vermeiden! Bin um jeden Tipp dankbar.

Den zeigt es mir leider nicht an. Mit F8 komm ich nur zur Starthilfe oder Windows normal starten.

Weiß ich jetzt nicht mehr.

Nur weil auf dem Display nix zu sehen ist bedeutet es ja nicht das einige Dienste nicht schon laufen ...

Kommst du evtl. remote auf den server ... bzw. kannst du von anderen rechnern erkennen das Dienste laufen (DNS, DHCP, Freigaben, Sicherungen)??

Your "client" is really regrettable ...

He should change his IT partner as fast as possible.

Press SHIFT-F10 to open a command prompt and activate safe mode via msconfig or bcdedit for the next reboot.
Or boot with a Windows PE disk load the BCD store of the offline system and add the safe mode option to the boot entry (bcdedit/easybcd).

bcdedit /set {default} safeboot network

or only command prompt

bcdedit /set {default} safeboot minimal
bcdedit /set {default} safebootalternateshell yes

After uninstalling or fixing the os remove the safemode option from default boot entry

bcdedit /deletevalue {default} safeboot
