An unexpected server shutdown

My brandnew Power Edge 2650 with Windows 2000 Server 1-4CPU 5 CAL makes a problem during to start a VM-Ware (with Windows 2000) . The same VM-WARE on another Dell-Dimension-PC (500 Mhz)make not problems. It's fully patched with the news Microsoft Service-Packs. After the server crash, I can't use mouse or keyboard an must reboot the server.
Mein nagelneuer Power Edge mit Windows 2000 Server macht Probleme beim starten einer VW-Ware, ebenfalls mit Windows 2000. Die selbe VM-Ware startet auf einem anderen PC ohne Probleme. Ich habe alle aktuellen Patche draufgespielt.
Wenn Server hängenbleint, dann geth gar nix (weder Maus noch Tastatur).
