Outlook Archivfunktion nutzt das "falsche" Datum
Hallo,
ich habe bei einem Kunden vor kurzem eine "harte" Migration durchführen müssen.
Neues AD, Export der 3 Postfächer in PST und Import am neuem Exchange-Server.
(Windows Server 2016 und Exchange 2016)
Wenn man nun in Outlook 2016 Standard die Funktion "Archivieren" verwendet, exportiert er keine Mails.
Er nutzt scheinbar nicht das angezeigte Datum, sondern das Datum wann das Element erstellt wurde.
Kennt Jemand einen "Trick" dafür um das Datum am Exchange zu korrigieren?
Sonst wird Mail-Store das "Problem" lösen müssen.

in Outlook ist das schon immer so. Zur Archivierung wird das Änderungsdatum der E-Mail verwendet. Somit nicht wirklich brauchbar. Ein Virenscann (weil neue Signaturen vorhanden) ändert auch das Datum... dieses Verhalten von Outlook lässt sich meines Wissens nicht ändern.
MailStore ist eh die bessere Lösung.

To create the ArchiveIgnoreLastModifiedTime registry value, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.
2. Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Preferences
3. On the Edit menu, point to New, click DWORD Value, type ArchiveIgnoreLastModifiedTime, and then press ENTER.
4. Right-click ArchiveIgnoreLastModifiedTime, and then click Modify.
5. In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.
6. Exit Registry Editor.

To create the ArchiveIgnoreLastModifiedTime registry value, follow these steps:

Hier reicht das Abmelden/Anmelden um die Schlüssel neu einzulesen. Ein Rechnerneustart ist nicht notwendig.
