btask.dll nach Virenentfernung unter Win XP fehlt, Exe-Dateien nicht mehr ausführbar

Problem: die Datei btask.dll ist nicht mehr da (nachdem ich eine Virenmeldung von antivir bekam und ohne weiter nachzusehen die Datei in Quarantäne verschoben habe).Seitdem lässt sich keine Anwendung mehr öffnen. Die windows RUNDLL-Fehlermeldung ist "Fehler beim Laden der Datei".
Versuche, die dll-Datei aus der Quarantäne wiederherzustellen, sind gescheitert.

Lösung:
manuelles erstellen einer Datei regfix.txt mit notepad und kopieren folgenden Inhaltes:

speichern der Datei und anschließendes Umbenennen in regfix.reg. Ausführen der Datei mit Doppelklick.
Rechner sollte nach Neustart wieder funktionieren.
