ich suche ein Programm, das in W2k3 auf den TS-Clients eine transparente Uhr anzeigt, die immer sichtbar bleibt, also auch, wenn im Hintergrund Text eingegeben wird. Gibt es so etwas?

Du musst du noch ca. 293 Jahre warten, bis es das vielleicht für W2k3 gibt, sollte die Firma dann überhaupt noch existieren.
