Installation PowerChute Network Shutdown Win2003 x64

Ich möchte PowerChute Network Shutdown von APC auf einem Win2003 in der 64-Bit Version installieren, versteh die Anleitung aber nicht ganz

Hallo,

wie angegeben möchte ich die genannte Software auf einem neuen Server (HP ProLiant DL380) installieren, da wir neue USVs gekauft haben.
Leider versteh ich nicht ganz die Anleitung (scheitert denke ich nicht an meinem Englisch, rein sprachlich verstehe ichs). Ich habe schon erfolglos einige sachen ausprobiert. In der Anleitung steht folgender Text:

The installation program must be run on the server console. Note that multiple-byte characters (Chinese for example) are not allowed in the installation path.
To start the PowerChute Network Shutdown installation, choose from the sections directly below specifying different OS systems and hardware.

For installation on Windows Server 2008 Server Core, see Installing on Windows Server 2008 Server Core.

For installation on an Itanium/ IA-64 edition of Windows, follow these steps:

Manually install the appropriate JRE version, or any supported Java version as listed in the Compatibility Chart for PCNS on the APC Web site.

Set the path to the Java file:
JavaHomeDir\java -cp .;install.jar;util.jar load

for example: C:\Program Files\j2sdk\jre\bin\java -cp .;install.jar;util.jar load

Use install.jar and util.jar included on the CD or up on the APC Web site, to commence the installation.

zur info:
die eigentliche Installtionsdatei liegt in einem anderen Verzeichnis als die install.jar und die util.jar
ich weiß jetzt selbst nicht mehr alles was ich in einer cmd eingegeben habe aber vllt weiß jemand gleich was rein muss.
logisch: wo die java.exe ist weiß ich auch und den pfad habe ich auch verwendet in der cmd.
