VMware VCenter Cnonverter Standalone A file IO error occurred while accessing

Hallo zusammen,
ich versuche seit gestern ein vmdk von einem Webserver (Windows 2003) zu erstellen.
Also Host haben wir ESXi im Einsatz. Leider bricht die Erstellung nach 3min bzw 1% mit der Fehlermeldung "A file I/O error occurred while accessing" ab.
In der LOG Datei steht:

Hat jemand eine Idee, wo der Fehler liegen könnte?
