N-2 support call reducer is broken

I hope this post will become obsolete very soon – the AD engineering group at Microsoft is aware and will provide guidance, workaround, or a fix. I will update this post as the investigation progresses.

TL;DR: If you have an account lockout policy in place and your PDC Emulator has been upgraded to Server 2025, you might see an increase in support calls. Hold off moving the PDCe role to 2025 for now.
