bei benutzerwechsel startet Rechner neu

Hallo,

bei einem Benutzerwechsel bootet das Notebook neu, hin und wieder taucht für eine Sekunde ein Bluescreen auf bevor er neu bootet.
P.S. Den Bluescreen kann ich auch nicht lesen obwohl das Häkchen bei "automatischen Neustart durchführen" entfernt ist.

Unter "Ereignisanzeige" ist leider auch kein Eintrag bzgl. des Problems vorhanden.

Windowsdebugger gibt mir folgendes aus der Dump-Datei aus:

Ich dachte erst, das es an einem Profil liegt. Ich habe das bisherig einzige (Administrator)profil auf ein neu erstelltes eingeschränktes Benutzerkonto kopiert.

Aber die sisgrp.sys & VIDEOPRT.sys sind doch Grafik-Treiber bzw. für die Anzeige zuständig...
