Installationsprobleme Internet explorer (9 oder 10 oder 11)

Liebe Admins

Ich habe hier bei mir im Haus Internetexplorer 11 ausgerollt. Wir sind nun draufgekommen das bei grob 15% die Installation fehlgeschlagen hat.

Nun habe ich versucht lokal mir das Problem anzusehen und IE manuell zu installieren. Keine Chance. "Internet Explorer-N did not finish installing" (egal ob 9/10/11 und egal bei welchem der 20 Rechner die nicht funktionieren)

Im IE10_main (oder IE11 je nach dem was man verscuht zu installieren) Log file ist folgendes zu finden.

04:31.379: ERROR: Neutral package installation failed (exit code = 0x00003715 (14101)).

Dr.Google hat mir zwar einige Vorschläge gemacht aber bisher nichts das funktioniert hat.
