MS Word 2008 for Mac

Probleme

Hallo zusammen,

Ich habe folgendes Problem...
Wir haben bei uns im Hause zwei MACs stehen, beide baugleich.
Wir haben auf beiden MS Office 2008 mit allen verfügbaren Updates installiert.
Auf dem einen gibt es keine Probleme, bei dem anderen kann ich Word-Dateien öffnen (egal welche Version) und mal gehen die Dateien einfach auf, also alles gut, und mal nicht.
Wir haben uns dann auch mal einen Fehlerbericht erstellen lassen, womit wir aber irgendwie nichts anfangen können. (Siehe Anhang)

Auch eine Neuinstallation des Office-Systems hat leider nichts erbracht.

Vielleicht kann uns ja jemand von euch helfen.

Hi,

das hat vermutlich was mit den Fonts zu tun, forsche mal in diese Richtung.

Generell würde ich Dir Office2004 empfehlen, 2008er ist noch buggy.

Das ist nämlich das komische daran... ich kann jedes Word-Dokument nehmen, das ich will, und mal geht die Datei auf und mal nicht.

Office 2004 können wir leider nicht einsetzen, da es dort immernoch Probleme mit den xml-Dateien gibt ;)

Probier trotzdem mal folgendes:

Öffne die Schriftsammlung.app, dann wähle Links "Alle Schriften" aus und dann selektiere Rechts alle Schriften.
Dann gehst du auf Ablage > Schriften überprüfen.

Schau mal ob das einen Fehler produziert.

Außerdem kannst du mal probieren die ATS Caches zu löschen: http://www.macosxhints.com/article.php?story=20071026081555971

Es scheinen wirklich die Schriften gewesen zu sein... Aber erstmal alle deaktiviert und schon gab es vorerst keine Probleme mehr.

Ja, weil sich immer verschiedene Fonts im Cache befinden.

Hallo zusammen,

Ich habe leider noch ein weiteres Problemchen mit unseren Macs bzw. mit einem davon...
Und zwar kann ich damit Word-Dateien öffnen ohne Probleme, nur beim Speichern hängt sich das Programm auf.
Es ist egal, welche Dateiendung ich beim Speichern auswähle, es passiert immer.

Aus diesem Grund haben wir auch Office 2008 mal neuinstalliert. Dann lief es auch ohne Probleme, nur nach einem Neustart tauchte der Fehler wieder auf.

Ich hoffe, dass mir da wer helfen kann.

Das mit dem Benutzerkonto werde ich am Dienstag mal direkt probieren, auf die Idee bin ich noch nicht gekommen^^

Das komplette System ist auf dem neusten Stand.

Aufhängen bedeutet an der Stelle, dass die "Sanduhr" auftaucht und nicht mehr verschwindet... Wir können dann nur noch das komplette Programm beenden.

Sorry, dass ich mich so lang nicht gemeldet habe... Habe es eben erst geschafft, das mit dem zweiten Account zu testen.
Auf dem neuen Account, den ich angelegt habe, funktioniert alles einwandfrei... Nur muss es ja eine andere Möglichkeit geben, damit es auf dem "richtigen" wieder läuft...

Gibt es vielleicht irgendeinen cache für Office, den ich zurücksetzen kann???

Office installiert sich an folgenden Orten, dort einfach mal Umbenennen und gucken obs geht:

~/Documents/Microsoft-Benutzerdaten
