VMware Management Interface - startet nicht

Ich habe VMWare Server auf einem Debian Etch System zulaufen.


So weit läuft alles super, nur bekomme ich bei der Configuration des VMWares das LOG:

Warum startet das VMware Management Interface nicht?
Wenn ich einen Portscann mache, dann seigt er mir folgendes an:
