WinRM läuft nicht durch

Hallo zusammen,

Win XP Pro, SP3
Patchstand tagesaktuell
Client im Netzwerk (Domäne, AD, Windows Server 2003 R2, Std.)
WinRM 2.0 installiert (.NET Framework 2.0 / 3.0 / 3.5)

Ich versuche den Dienst WinRM zu starten (net start WinRM). Ich bekomme folgende Meldung:
The Windows Remote Management (WS-Management) service is starting.
The Windows Remote Management (WS-Management) service could not be started.

The service did not report an error.

More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 3534.

Das Googeln der HelpMsg brachte nichts dienliches.

Ich habe dann die Dienst-Abhängigkeiten gecheckt.
WinRM ist abhängig von HTTP, HTTP SSL, RPC
RPC und HTTP SSL sind gestartet, HTTP gibt es nicht.

Meine erste Vermutung ging dahin, dass WinRM nicht durchläuft, weil HTTP absent ist.
Aber: HTTP SSL ist ebenfalls von HTTP abhänging, läuft aber tadellos.

Es sollte also noch einen anderen Grund für das Stoppen von WinRM geben. Kann mich da vielleicht jemand auf eine Fährte setzen?

Hat irgendjemand da draussen schon mal WinRM unter Win XP zum Laufen gebracht? Wenn ja, wie?

Ist jetzt mal ist blaue geraten aber den Befehl "WinRM quickconfig" schon mal versucht?

danke für die Nachfrage. Ja, schon versucht. Das gibt folgende Mecker:

PS D:\Scripts> winrm quickconfig
WinRM is not set up to receive requests on this machine.
The following changes must be made:

Start the WinRM service.

Make these changes [y/n]? y

WinRM has been updated to receive requests.

WinRM service started.
WSManFault
    Message = The client cannot connect to the destination specified in the requ
est. Verify that the service on the destination is running and is accepting requ

n the destination, most commonly IIS or WinRM. If the destination is the WinRM s
ervice, run the following command on the destination to analyze and configure th

kenn ich jetzt so leider auch nicht.

Du könntest mal die WinRM Erweiterung neu installieren.

Zudem hab ich noch was gefunden wo ein paar Registry Einträge geändert werden. So wirklich schön sieht das aber nicht aus.
