Acer Aspire Switch 10 mit WIN 10 PEN problem
Hi,
ich habe ein Acer aspire switch 10 Direkt auf windows 10 aktualisiert. Jetzt hBe ich das Problem, dass die Stifteingabe nicht funktioniert. Die Batterie im Stift ist bereits ausgetauscht.
Das Tab reagiert nicht auf den Stift.
Kennt jemand das Problem?
Das Tab ist ca. 1 Jahr alt (hier gewonnen).
Der Stift ging anfangs mal. Habe ihn eine Weile nicht genutzt.

das aktuellste Bios für das Gerät ist installiert.
Es hat anfangs mal funktioniert.
The newest BIOS is installed (1.04 is actual for that device) and the PEN work at the beginning (with Windows 10).

Die Typenbezeichnung des Gerätes ist SW5-171P OS: Win10 Pro (direkt upgegradet, Aktuell 1511).

Make a clean install and test if it works again.
If it doesn't, call acer support.
