Funktion "Automatic" bei Default gateway in Pfsense?
Hallo zusammen,
ich habe mal eine Frage zu Pfsense.
Wenn ich zwei Gateways (WAN) habe und eins davon fällt aus, dann übernimmt doch automatisch das zweite Gateway oder?
Ansonsten verstehe ich nicht wie die Funktion "Automatic" bei Default gateway IPv4 zu verstehen ist.

List du doch einfach mal die offizielle Doku, da steht es doch eigentlich unmissverständlich ...https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/routing/gateways.html
"Automatic"
The firewall will automatically use gateways from this list (from the top down) for the default gateway, switching to the next item in the list if gateways fail or are marked down.
For more control over this behavior, use a gateway group instead.
"Gateway"
The selected single gateway is always used for the default gateway.
"Gateway Group"
The firewall uses the selected gateway group pick the default gateway. It will change from one gateway to another if the preferred default fails.

Ich bin gerade beim Anfang von Pfsense. Normal nutze ich immer Securepoint oder Sopfos UTM, da ist das alles etwas anders. Vielen lieben Dank.
