HP Proobook 650 G1 - Tastatur und Touchpad reagiert nicht
Hallo zusammen,
kann das Notebook nur noch mit externer Maus und Tastatur bedienen.
Touchpad und interne Tastatur reagieren ab der Windows Anmeldung nicht mehr. In das Bios komme ich noch über Tasten. Dort habe ich auch schon die Standardwerte eingestellt.
Habe die Treiber mal deinstalliert und neu installiert. Die besten Treiber für das Gerät seien bereits installiert.
Tastenkombinationen auch schon ausprobiert.
Habt ihr noch eine Idee?

Welche Windows 10 Version genau (inkl. Patch-Stand)? Es gab bei einer bestimmten Version nach einem Windows-Update Probleme das HID Devices nicht mehr erkannt wurden, das wurde aber schon längst mit aktuellen Patches behoben, also Update fahren.
Das waren damals etwa dieses verbuggte Update

Und wurde dann behoben durch

Schau dir also deinen Patchstand an und geh mal die Windows 10 update history deiner Windows 10 Version durch.
