Application waiting

I use Jamf School and Apple School Manager, and I have a problem with an application which doesn't want to install or update. I can't reinstall this app directly via Jamf (on the managed apps of my iPad). This problem is only on this iPad. And I can't update the app directly via the App store because of the iPad is suppervised for students.

If possible remove the app from jamf and thus from the pad. Then reinstall via jamf again.

Last resort: contact jamf support or the people hosting the environment
