Microsoft 2013 Outlook - Änderungen in Personen erst nach Neustart von Outlook

Hallo liebe Community,

ich habe bei mehreren Kunden und selbst auch bei uns das Problem, dass Änderungen in Outlook Personen (z.B. Rufnummer abändern) erst nach Neustart von Outlook angezeigt werden.

Cachemodus ist aktiv. (habe ich allerdings auch kurz entfernt => gleiches Problem)

Update your Offline Address Book (OAB), there is an option for this in the backstage area.

Did you mean to download the OAB via Outlook for the clients?
Or can i change settings to update OAB earlier as 24 hours?

This can be configured on the exchange server:
Manually update the OAB in an EMS:
Update-OfflineAddressBook "default offline address book"
or restart the Mailbox Assistant service.

You can also define the schedule for OAB generation.
