XenDesktop 7.15 LTSR Keyboard shortcuts

Moin,

auf einer Xendesktop Farm (Server2012R2) mit IBM Client Access 7.1 for Windows (AS/400) habe ich probleme mit den Keyboard shortcuts!
alles geht prima, bis auf die F Tasten... die Tasten F13 bis F24 wollen einfach nicht klappen, werden aber gebraucht!

umgesetzt habe ich das

1 . To disable the hotkey usage for the Web Interface connections, add the following entries (obtained from the full ICA Client version 10.200.2650) in the [WFCLIENT] section of the Template.ica or default.ica file:

save and exit. 

2. Open webinterface.conf file from the same folder 

set : AllowCustomizeTransparentKeyPassthrough=On (ideally the value is set to off) 

3. Reset IIS and test the behavior 

wo genau finde ich die webinterface.conf ? oder wie schalte ich AllowCustomizeTransparentKeyPassthrough=On ein ?
